Return Process and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 
Call Touch Force at 512-858-8185 to obtain a return authorization number. Pack merchandise carefully back in the original box. Include all cables, remotes, manuals, packaging and any additional items you may have received.
Touch Force is not responsible for any shipping costs you may incur . Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Your Warranty

Touch Force warrants all products free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days after original invoice date. Warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, etc.
 

What this warranty covers:
Your Touch Force Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on new Touch Force products purchased directly from Touch Force or official Touch Force retailers in the U.S.A. or Canada.

 

What this warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover: (1) damaged caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, improper installation, rental use, product modification; (2) damage occuring during shipment; (3) damage caused by repair or service performed by persons not authorized by Touch Force. (4) Products on which the serial number is damaged, altered, or removed; (5) products not purchased from an authorized Touch Force dealer.

 

Who this warranty protects:
This warranty protects the purchaser from all malfunctions of the product due to defects in materials or workmanship within the thirty (30) day warranty period.

How long does this warranty last:
This warranty begins on the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser and lasts for thirty (30) calendar days.
