All products are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, etc.
What this warranty covers:
Your Touch Force Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on new Touch Force products purchased directly from Touch Force or official Touch Force retailers in the U.S.A. or Canada.
What this warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover: (1) damaged caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, improper installation, rental use, product modification; (2) damage occuring during shipment; (3) damage caused by repair or service performed by persons not authorized by Touch Force. (4) Products on which the serial number is damaged, altered, or removed; (5) products not purchased from an authorized Touch Force dealer.
Who this warranty protects:
This warrants protect only the orginal purchaser of the product.
How long does this warranty last:
This warranty begins on the date of purchase by the orginal retail purchaser and lasts for 30 calendar days.
Call Touch Force at 512-858-8185 to obtain an RA number. Pack merchandise carefully back in the orginal box. Include all cables additional parts, remotes, manuals, packaging, etc.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
All returns are subject to a partial refund. This can result in a refund of between 50-100% of the orginal cost. Partial refunds can be avoided by returning the unit in the exact shape it was in when you received, packing it correctly, returning all items and packaging.
You will receive your credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
